HI welcome to Healthcare magic..........
I would suggest , get a blood test done1) CBC i.e complete blood counts and peripheral smear.
Anaemia i.e low heamoglobin can cause all the symptoms you just have.
if this turns normal get a thyroid profile to rule out hyperthyroidism.
Heart related problems can cause these symptoms too but age of 33 years is too young to present with and ECG being normal rules out the possibility.
Hope that was helpful...
Thank you

hi . i always emphasize . never rely on single reading of a blood pressure . anxiety or stress can temporarily elevates it . your symptoms suggest u need to see an ENT specialist . heart disease at your age in female is rare unless valvular . you need to do an ECHO CARDIOGRAPHY if really your shortness of breath is objective ( esp on exertion ) and not just subjective , which is indicative of psychosomatic disorder eg anxiety , stress etc . anxiety can present in a variety of fashions and your symptoms are no exception . wish you a healthy life and stay happy
