you can start yr treatment with nesal drop ( otrivin/ sudin/sinarest) and tab. sinarest two times for 7 days with tab. batnesol once daily for 7 days only.probably u are a victim of D.N.S. ( Daviated nesal septum) . you have to consult an E.N.T. specialist he can diagnose you well. whether it is D.N.S. or sinusitis/ both
