i have just done an HSG and the results are;the cervical canal is of normal calibre. the uterine cavity is well outlined and is normal in size and configuration. the left tube is shown with free peritoneal spill. the right tube is demonstrated with terminal occlusion. there is no spill from the right tube. Hi,

It is suggestive of blocked right fallopian tube. Based on the HSG report your left fallopian tube seems to be blocked. It could be due pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, certain sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea, past ectopic pregnancy or abdominal surgery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
