Hi,
I had a Urinalysis and this are my results, can you please interpret them for me? Can it be that I'm pregnant? I have been slight pain and numbness on my lower back and it's difficult to pee. I mean I can pee but it seems that there's still more urine but can't get out..
Color = Straw
RBC = 2-4
Pus Cells = 5-8
Amorphous urates = Few
Bacteria = Few
You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).It doesn't indicate pregnancy. UTI is indicated by presence of WBC,RBC,few bacteria in urine. You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.. At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report. You also need clinical correlation. Ultrasound is very important for screening of probable causes.
Hope i have answered your query. Get well soon.
