Urologist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to HCM.
She needs to do blood test like urea and creatinine and electrolytes.
Sugar needs control if diabetic. Urine culture needs to be done.
If she does not have breathing difficulty, she can be managed at home, otherwise pl. attend the ER.

Regards
DR GS
