Can Alcohol Be Consumed While Suffering From Elevated Liver Enzymes?

My alp test shown 168 but ast 20 u/l, alt 18 u/l, and GGT 36 u/l ,bilb direct (.10 mg/dl) bilb indirect .54, total is .64 mg/dl albin is shown 4.25g/dl normal all the other test is also normal i am patient of hyperthyroidism and taken medicine from last five months neamecz 10mg and ciplar la 40 mg daily pleas suggest is it need to worry and also suggest in these condition can i take alcohol once or twice in a week.and how i can balance alp Thanx
