my partner has got angio sarcoma tumor which is above and behind the ear its quite large he is having weekly chemotherapy but his tumor is smelling why is that and is it a sign of it getting better or worse he is quite worried and so am i my email is YYYY@YYYY

With chemotherapy the tumor should shrink and not increase in size. You need to discuss it with your treating oncologist.
