Can Abdominal Pain Pain Be Caused By Missed Hypertension Medicine?

I am on hypertension med and missed taking it for about 6 days but have been back on for 3 days, BP is continuing at about 150/100. Now, I have lower left quadrant pain in stomach and realize that I haven t had bowel movement in approx 4-5 days... concerned about what is up..

Hi,
This is likely to be constipation and will not be related to your missed medication. I suggest you drink plenty if water and eat a high fruit and fibre diet. This should result in your bowels returning to normal.
