Can Abdominal Pain Be Cured With Ulcerative Colitis?

Hello I am 28 year old female and I have ulcerative colitis(was hospitalized for 93 days but have been in remission for 6months) I also have a history of ovarian cysts and I have had 2 emergency surgeries(I was hemorrhaging)about 6 years ago.Today I had a big gush(I thought I urinated myself)of blood with intense abdominal pain.I also have swelling and tenderness in my lower abdominal right by scar(from the ovarian cyst surgery 8 yrs ago) The past week I have been having vomiting/nausea/fevers/diarrhea/dizziness/fainting(2xs)severe lower abdominal pain&tenderness

Hi and welcome. This could 've ulcerose colitis exacerbation so you need to see gastroenterologist as soon as possible and start appropriate treatment. Wish you good health
