Can Abdominal Pain And Severe Constipation With Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness Be Symptoms Of Heart Burn ? What Diet Is Suitable To Treat These Symptoms ?
Hello, I am 24 yrs old woman, my weight is 190 lbs and my height is 5ft 3. I have been having frequent abdominal pains, accompanied with constipation ..now I m having chest pains on the right side above my breast and it feels like someone is poking me in my back also on the right side. I do not have shortness of breath or dizziness . Could it be heartburn ..I do admit my diet is not the greatest...as I drink less water and eat lots of spicy fried food, and eat lot of white bread. What could it be? Does it sound serious?

seeing your history,it seems heartburn only.
you donot have shortness of breath,dizziness etc and general health.
Check out relation of pain with food intake-it comes after food intake,aggarvated by spicy,oily diet.
I think then it would be a wake up call for you to improve your diet.

hi welcome,
this heart burn is due to acidity which will leads to production of gas and leads to distention of stomach which presses the diaphragm upwards and leads to the chest and surrounding area pain.
the same will leads to shortness of shortness or dizziness.
you take the medicines for the proper digestion which leads to normal digestion and the gas formation will stop and the pressure over the diaphragm will reduce.
avoid heavy food items.
take only light food which will warm
avoid ice cold items
