Hi
CS is not an absolute indication for post myomectomised uterus.Still it is safer than vaginal delivery as the chance of uterine rupture is increased to 3 to 5 folds.I made at least 50 vaginal deliveries who had myo mectomy done before pregnancy.
Many a time we tried for vaginal deliver in presence of some relative or mild indications for CS like mild to moderate degree of contracted pelvis, abnormal position of station, unfavorable cervix, valuable baby etc, but in your case no chance of trying vaginal delivery .But if all the features are in favorable normal delivery it is wise to try vaginal delivery even in case of post myomectomy.
Thank you
