Can A Women Conceive When Not Ovulating? And Is Conception Possible If Semen Enters Only Partially?

I have a few questions that I was wondering on here they are: 1) Can you still get pregnant even when your not ovulating? 2) What is the first symptom a woman gets when they might be? and lastly 3) if a man cums inside you but pulls out and some doesn t go in are your chances of conceiving lower or the same as them fully coming inside?

Answer to your first query:
Ovulation means release of ova(egg) from ovary.It is an important event that has to occur for anyone to get pregnant.Without release of egg,there is nothing left to fertilize with sperm from male partner.
So,you cant get pregnant when there is no ovulation.
Answer to your second query:
There is no specific symptom of ovulation.One can experience a slight rise of body temperature.
Some women also experience the thickening of vaginal secretions after ovulation.
Answer to your third query:
If there is partial sexual relation also,there may be chances of one getting pregnant.if some part of semen has entered the vagina,there are chances of one getting pregnant
