Can A Urethral Tear Cause Burning Sensation During Urination?

I started having a burning sensation when I urinated about 2 days ago. It doesn’t burn every time I urinate. It went from burning as I’m urinating to now it’s just as the last bit of urine comes out. My urine is clear and I have no bladder pain. Is there any chance it to be a tear of the urethra. I don’t really have the symptoms of a uti and I tried to use a mirror to see if I could see anything and after touching around that area it kind of stings. Also I am female
