I am 23 years old

I have PCOS for the past few years and taking treatment.

I am taking only eltroxin for many months without other tablets.

yesterday nite myself and my boyfriend planned to have sex

but his fluid oozed out his and my anus n thighs became wet.

immediatedly we stopped doing anything.

i scare if i might be pregnant.

can i take one i-pill tablet for precautious needs?

will it have any effect?

guide me please..am scared.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

If your partner did not ejaculate while he was inside of you (vaginally), then there is no chance of pregnancy. I do not think this process warrants the use of an ipill, but if at all you wish to take one, it is best taken within the first 24 hours from unprotected penetrative sexual contact.
