Can A Small Scratch In The Scrotum Lead To Stained Pants And Underwear?

My husband found that he had stained his pants and underwear with blood. After examination, he found that there was a small area on his scrotum which appeared to be scratched (at least that what it seemed like). The bleeding must have
stopped before he even noticed the stain on his pants. Could all the blood come from a small scratch???

Hi,
Having even small scratch on scrotum can give rise to more and bleeding for long time as due to relax scrotal muscles can give rise this problem.
If there is strong muscle contraction, bleeding capillaries can block and bleeding stops.
