Hi I have freind now in Japan that suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar and has asked me if he can take chlorella, spirulina cod liver oil, shark liver oil, alpha lipoic acid (antioxident) which have been suggested for reducing and or removing to a certain extent radiation from the body. He lives about 50 km from the fukushima nuclear power stations and has been told not to go outside. he asked his doctor only about chlorella ( superfood suppliment) and was advised that "it might be better not to take it" although he could not say why nor whether it contraidicted any of the meds he takes whic is basically a cocktail of antipschycotics and anti depressants. I am grateful you may be able to advise since I really feel sad and sorry for mental ill patients going through all this devastation in japan. thx Mi B
