Can A Scar Be Removed By Any Means Other Than By Surgery ?

Hi! I am 27 years old. I have a scar which i got from a thyroid operation. though it is not so thick and long, it s still evident on my neck and sometimes it makes me feel uncomfortable. I ve been using dermatix right now but it seems its not effective on me. is there any way the scar will be eliminated without the use of laser?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A surgical scar is difficult to remove. The only option to make it light is to resuture it with subcutaneous stitches from a cosmetic surgeon.
Application of creams or ointments are not going to help it much.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
