Can A Prolapsed Vaginal Wall, Piles, Anus Bulge And Twitching Be Treated?

I think I have an anal fiisure. I have a prolapsed front virginal wall and have had piles. I had blood in the past but not now. I feel a bulge in my bum and when I do a pelvic floor excersies it feels like the area twitches after. I also have pain down my leg in my back and my grion aswell as stomach but I have a sore throat so not sure if this is swollen glands but it s all on the right side.

are you having problem of chronic constipation?

You need a physical check up so I would advise you to consult your doctor for clinical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test and an X ray chest
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid constipation by taking liquid paraffin at bed time
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
You can apply lignocaine ointment for fissure or piles
Maintain good hygiene
Have multivitamins and food supplements
