Can A Lump Behind The Head Be An Allergic Reaction To Bee Sting?

Hi, on Monday I was stung by an africanized honey bee in the back of the head, right side. I developed a lump on the back of my head that lasted several days. On Saturday, today, I noticed a lump on the back of my neck, right side, under the skin about the size of a pea, behind the ear at the base of the hair line. Could this be an allergic reaction still to the bee sting?
