Hi and welcome to HCM

The precum which is secreted just before ejaculation also contains sperms and this is sufficient to cause pregnancy. Even if you have not ejaculated in to her their are chances of pregnancy due to this precum.

I advice her to take emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours after unprotected sexual intercourse. If she miss these pills, a home pregnancy test is recommended if she misses her next period and depending on the results further action is planned

If pregnancy gets ruled out and if you people are not ready for a baby, but intend to remain sexually active, you should consider getting started on suitable regular birth control measures to be protected (after periods) like condom.

Their are no such dry fruits and milk that prevents one from pregnancy.

Its better to consult a local gynecologist for further help
