General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. There is no shown evidence that colon cancer is related to hematoma, so you should not be worried. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication in case of pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
