Im married person & my age is 44 year & my wife age is 41 years, my wife's period is not coming from last 1 year, and we are precautions in intercourse like condom etc. pl tell me if we do not use any condom etc. there is chance of my wife pregnancy.

Hello sir,i understand your concern.In my opinion if the periods are not coming from a year without using any contraception then the menopause might be the cause.But it is rare to be menopause at 40 yrs of age.I suggest you to consult doctor and get an hormonal evaluation done.If there are no periods then there wont be ovulation and pregnancy is not possible.So even if you dont use condom in such case pregnancy might be rare.I suggest you to consult infertility specialist and get evaluation done.
