Hello,

Dexorange syrup is an Iron and vitamin containing preparation used to treat iron deficiency anemia and for general weakness. Since it is in the syrup form, it has considerable amount of sugar in it. Hence, it is better if a diabetes patient avoids it. Or if there is a sucrose free type available then that can be taken. In fact there are good variety of tablets or capsules available which contain good quantity of iron salts, any of those can be preferred. Like Capsule VITCOFOL.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
