Can A Delay In Menstruation Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, my period is 63 days late. when I took pregnancy test on 51st and 60th day(both blood and urine), it came negative. I met one gyne and she suggested me to take primolut - N and ovacet tablet. I have thyroid for past 1.5 yrs and in the past nov it came to normal also. is it possible to be pregnancy even blood and urine test is -ve. whether scan can be done to confirm it? Delay in periods may occur due to severe stress, thyroid problems, polycystic ovarian disease , chronic diseases like diabetes, coeliac diseases.
I would advise you to consult endocrinologist near you for further evaluation.
