Can A Deaf And Dumb Person By Birth Be Cured?

hi doc. my causin brother was suffering the problem of deaf and dumb by birth . he was 22year old now. please suggest me how can i cured him . we gives many treatment to him but all in vain . is there any places in whole world for treatment of him. please help me fast in fast.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the congenital condition then nothing much can be done but with newer technic of implantation of cochlear immolation it can be corrected but for that you have to see the ENT specialist for final decision and opinion hope this information helps.
