Can A Complete Tear To Posterior Horn Medial Meniscus Be Repaired?

Can a complete tear posterior horn medial meniscus near the meniscal root be repaired? If so what is the procedure and the approximate recovery time. When would you recommend starting physical therapy after the procedure and how many times each week?

Posterior horn of medial Meniscus should be repaired. But final decision is on arthoscopic evaluation and can be treated arthoscopically at same time. Physiotherapy started from second day as tolerated.
After meniscal repairs non-wight bearing for 3 weeks. So the treatment for you is arthoscopic meniscoraphy or partial menisectomy.
