Can A Boiled Egg Per Day Be Helpful To Reduce High BP?

I am 38 and having hypertension problem for the last three years approximately. Can I use one boiled egg per day? Is it helpful to reduce the high blood pressure. Please advise how and in which form the egg is most suitable for hypertension problem.

Hello Imran,
There is no direct Co relation would off egg with hypertension, it doesn't decrease your blood pressure nor taking it will increase the pressure.
So you may take eggs, boiled are always better because it's healthy and egg white is one which is Rich in protein, while the yellow is rich in cholesterol. So if you are overweight and your lipids are bad, you should try avoiding egg yellow, and if you are otherwise fit, 2 parts egg white and 1 part egg yellow is a balanced combination.
