I have a medicine question to see if there is a interaction concern. I am on wellbutrin XL 300mg (1 tablet daily). been on for years. I ve had severe sleep issues so I ve been going back and forth trying different meds with my primary care doctor. I ve been using Topiramate (150mg ) nightly. I was also recommended by someone that is in the healthcare field (chiropractor) GABA Gamma Amino Butyric Acid. My doctor said he is not familiar with this. So I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else was and if there was a concern with taking this in addition to what I am currently taking. The chiropractor is looking to change to a different kind as many of his patients also suffer from anxiety, which I do as well, This one uses a form of gaba that crosses the blood brain barrier and will have direct action within the brain.
