Can Walgreens Severe Cold & Flu Be Safely Administered In A Child?

My 7 year old who weighs 70 pounds is very congested, has a headache and the only thing I have right now is Walgreens severe cold & flu. is it safe to give a smaller dose of this adult medicine, or not? If it is, would half (15 mL) be the right amount?

Walgreens Severe Cold and Flu contains 325 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol), 12.5 mg of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and 5mg of phenylephrine.

All of that is an appropriate dose for a 70 lb 7 year old. So he can have the full adult dose. According to the package information, and adult dose is 1 Tbsp, which converts to 15 ml.
