Hello,

Vertigo is a symptom of any underlying pathology. The cerebral small vessel disease refers to a group of pathological processes that affect the small blood vessels of the brain.

It is commonly seen by aging or due to hypertension. If no hypertension, then, aging is a possible cause. Vertin and Vibrania drugs are the right treatment strategy for your vertigo.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
