Can UTI Cause Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Rib Pain?

3 weeks ago I had a UTI For the last 2 weeks I ve been constipated 3 days ago I woke up with a pain in my lower left abdomen Since then my ribs have been really sore esspecially on my left side, it hurts to use those muscles- stand up straight, move, laugh, deep breaths. And my head hurts really bad. I m usually dizzy when I stand up.

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -
UTI with IBS-C with pain under left ribs with headache.
In view of the prior UTI,you need to rule out ?UTI due to peri-anal urethritis and urinary burning with frequency due to accompanied proctitis. The cause for this proctitis needs to be investigated and ruled for infected fissure in ano / or with intero-external thrombosed piles,which may cause complaints like UTI with accompanied Constipation with pain under left ribs.
Other causes of Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis,Entero-Colitis causing IBS needs to be ruled out.

Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
