Can Tramadol Be Taken While On Tylenol?
I took 2 extra strength tylenol about an hour ago. Pain persists. Can I take 1/2 tramadol now?Dx spinal stenosis. I ve used 1/2 tramadol for this one other night. Generally avoid opiods; they don t really agree with me. But the 1/2 one other night let me sleep. YYYY@YYYY

Duration of action of any pain killer will take at least 30-45 minutes to act. As you have already taken 2 strong dose of Tylenol in at a time don`t take any more pain killer at present, May be you can take T.Hifenac D after 6 hours as it will respond well to pain.
