Can Tietze Syndrome Causing Chest Pressure Be Treated?

should i see a doctor about a red tinge to my thumb lununa it goes about half way up the white moons on both thumb nails, I have also have chest pressure for over a year which has been diagnosed as Tiestze Syndrome, but with getting chest pressure & red half moons I'm abit scared it could be my heart. I'm 29 year old female
