Can Texa Cause Chest Congestion With Mucus?

Hi Doctor, My 2 year old girl is allergic to milk (any milk you can think of except rice milk) she also struggles with acute rhinititus. I used to give her deselex, and changed recently to Texa. Two nights ago her chest got so congested that she couldnt breath -I suspect she has croup. Could it be the Texa that does that to her? will it be safe to maybe use allergex syrup or will that also thickens the mucus? thank you

Pediatrician 's  Response
As a pediatrician if your patient has developed breathlessness I advise you to visit a pediatrician immediately... Breathless patient with respitory tract infections needed to be admitted immediately..
