Can TURP Procedure Be Done Right Away Without First Going Through Medications?

It seems it would be better to just do the TURP procedure instead of dragging this BPH out for years of monitoring, altering your hormones and creating all these various side effects. I don t believe anyone feels physically as well after getting on Flomax, cardura or any of these drugs. Especially with tiredness. They sap your energy. What do you think Doc? I m hoping to get an answer from a specialist in either general surgery or Urologist.

I really appreciate your concern, TURP is the best option if the prostrate gland is too big and benign else you have to wait for some time till you get the second opinion, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
