Can THC Be Flushed By Drinking Water?

i Had been a casual marijuana smoker for about a month and then i had given up for about 3 weeks but last night i had a minor amount mixed with tobacco, i have a blood and urine test in roughly 4-5 weeks and wondering if it will still be detected and if it is will it be enough to claim as passive smoking? also does drinking more water help flush the THC out of the system?

Marijuana is oily and dissolves into the fatty tissues of the body. With chronic daily use, positive urine tests are often seen 1-2 months after the last use. With ONE usage... about 5-7 DAYS is the limit of detection. You seem to be implying 2+ months after major use and 1+ use after one use. If you do not use even a single bit more, then it is UNLIKELY that commonly used urine tests will detect anything. However, there are occaisional reports of false positives using a not very accurate test. Using a better test on the urine is not a lot more likely to show real THC in your case but a hair test would be positve. Also, with loss of a lot of fat, the THC bound to the fat can fall out, so, try not to lose a lot of fat.
