Can Synthroid Make You Put On Weight?
Hello, I have been taking Synthroid for almost a year now. In the past year since I started taking it I ve gained an insane amount of weight. I have been going to the gym and watching what I eat and I have not lost 1 pound. Is this normal for Synthroid? What can I take to help the weight loss process?

Synthroid does not cause weight gain.
Check your thyroid status because hypothyroidism can cause weight gain. If the thyroid status is low, you can start on Thyroxine.
