Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Low TSH means Hyperthyroidisms.
In your case,it is factitious hyperthyroidism and it is the result of the over-dosage of Synthroid.

My advice is to stop taking your Synthroid untill you see your treting endocrinologist and discuss with him when you will restart and the staring dosis of Synthroid.

Then a TSH test after 6 weeks of Synthroid will guide your doctor to find the right dosis for you.

So,to resume my answer:It is not OK to take 200 mcg Synthroid for the weekend.YOu must stop this tretement for the moment and discuss with your doctor when to restart and the right dosage.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
