Can Susten Be Replaced With Duphaston?

My lmp is 7th may2018 on 25th I went for tvs there is ges sac 15x7mm fp+ yolksac+ ?cardiac flicker+ early oligohydramnios she advised me susten thrice a day ec ospirin hcg ink twice a week arg 9 sachet but when ia m placing susten tab vaginally ia m seeing small membrane like tissue is it sign of missed miscarriages or normal vaginal tissue pls help me out of so can I replace susten with duphaston

Both Susten and Duphaston are progestins. So it is absolutely alright to replace Susten with Duphaston. The membranous tissue you noticed is not due to miscarriage. It is likely due to mucous secretions from the cervix and vagina which is excessive during pregnancy.
