Can Speman and Addyzoa be taken at the same time?

Hi I want ask you about addyzoa and speman. My husband has 1,5 ml sperms in 1 ml. Since one week he takes speman 2 capsules twice a day but now we want to use addyzoa charak. But I want ask you if my husband can take speman and addyzoa in the same time and how many capsules addyzoa he must take: 2 capsules twice a day or if he has only 1,5 ml sperms 2 capsules 3 times a day? Thank you
