I didn't know which category to put this under but this is the closest that I could find. Anyway, my terribly basic and dumb question is: Can/Should spinning in a roller chair hurt your heart in any way?

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Spinning at high speed or frequently can cause some muscular pain in the chest due to chest muscle strain during the rotation. Also possible is heart movement inside the rib cage which can theoretically cause damage if the speed of rotation is fast and can also be dangerous if your skip and suffer from any sort of trauma to the chest. Do avoid this activity as much as possible to reduce the chances of getting hurt. If you feel chest pain, shortness of breath do consult your Doctor immediately.
