Hi, Background: 3 days ago I had sex with a random woman i met at a bar. During intercourse my condom broke. I do not know how long we were having unprotected sex for. She was on her period. The next day my penis head and tip have been feeling a slight burning sensation. The burning sensation would come and go (most likely because of me stressing out). However the slight burning sensation still has not stopped. I also feel a slight burning sensation when i peee My penis head is slightly more red and my genital area is more itchy than normal. Do you think i may have an STD and should get checked up? Or do you think this may just be irritation? I have had a similar issue like this in the past with slightly burning sensation after sex... I was advised to purchase over the counter anti fungal cream. Please advise, Thank you
Hello, You definitely need to be checked for sexually transmitted infection. You could have chlamydia which causes a burning sensation. if blisters develop it could be herpes. Do not delay, go to a clinic and get an exam for STIs. Regards
