Can Roxid Cure Cold And Throat Infection?
Hello! I was prescribed Roxid-M (1 - 0 - 1 X 5 days) by a GP for a throat infection + cold like symptoms. I also have a congested left nostril and face area, along with a constant discharge from my left eye. I m now on the third day of my medication, and some diarrhea has started. Is Roxid the right medication for these symptoms? Should I complete this coarse (five days) of antibiotics, or stop at three days and then see an ENT doctor?

roxid-m (roxithromycin+ ambroxol) is an antibiotic+mucolytic agent, is a good medicine for throat infection,some doctor prefer this ,though there are better options ,depend on doctor,
for diarrhea(side effect of antibiotic) take probiotic along with roxid -m,
if you find any problem ,see your doctor again,
take steam inhalation with vicks vaporab & hot saline gargles twice a day, l take care.
