patient with nodulocystic acne before starting roaccutane therapy all pretreatment lab. tests were normal except increased serum bilirubin level 1.6 mg % in this case can we start roaccutane ttt or this may lead to further increase in serum bilirubin

no treatment is available for acne. only to maintain cleanliness and hygine. consult dermatologist for examination and advise on treatment.
