As you mentioned that you took R cinex for 3 months and later on etambutal ( mycobutol ) , ctogen ( supplement ) and solonex ( isonex ) for another one month and advised for another 2 month. At this stage I recommend you please consult a tuberculosis specialist and get his opinion about standard treatment and duration of treatment . If genital TB left untreated may result in obstructive nephropathy, recurrent bacterial infections . As far as concerned about obesity and diet plan , I recommend you take HIGH protein diet , regular exercise , healthy diet as these will improve general condition. Hope this will help you.
