Can R-Cinex and Ornof tablets be used for stomach and intestine infection?

I have been prescribed to take r-Cinox and Ornof tablets by my doctor. As I am getting stomach whenever I am having any food and also bloating. He told me I might be suffering from intestine infection though no tests where performed. Is it ok to use these medicines?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of bloating and stomach problems and your Doctor advised to take R-cinox and Ornof tablets without doing any tests.
The clinical evaluation and judgment of your Doctor may be that you a re suffering from intestinal infection and both the medicines work well in intestinal infections.
I would advise you the following:
Insist on to get the stool and blood tests.
If not you can ask the lab to do it for you. These do help in proper diagnosis.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen as you have bloating problems too and needs to rule out liver, gall bladder and pancreatic pathology. Continue the treatment and add on further treatment as per the reports may be.
