Can Psorid Cause Infertility?
Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from psoriasis since the past 10 years. I was on Methotrexate and had stopped it more than 3 years ago for two reasons: 1. I had reached the ceiling of 1.5 grams. 2. I was about to get married and had to be taken off the drug as it affects the sperm count and quality There has been a flare up on my entire back and have been advised psorid. I am looking at starting a family and wanted to know any side effects on the child due to this drug? Regards, AS

Psorid (Cyclosporine) will not affect sperm count/quality, and is not documented to cause sterility. You can take that.
