Can Paroxetine, Wellbutrin And Risperidone Be Taken Together?

Hi, I recently discovered I take three medications that metabolize by the same liver enzyme, paroxetine 20mg, wellbutrin 300mg, risperidone .75mg for 3 years. I ve had no side effects or problems with any of my medications. I ve had one pharmacist tell me not to worry that it is rare for drugs to alter the metabolism of other drugs, and is patient dependent with only being a possibility for some, and thats why the interaction checker states may happen, i guess meaning a possibility. I would appreciate another opinion on this, because i am a little worried. Thank you

They are often taken together. The paroxetine has a huge safety margin. Risperdone if slightly too much causes severe muscle spasms which can be treated with benadryl and stop when the medicine gets out (genreally 24 hrs or less). there is the potential for interaction of them to produce serotonin syndrome with increased secretion, increased gut mobility (and watery diarrhea) and confusion. But this generally occurs in the first week of taking combinations of drugs with serotonin effects or it doesn't happen. Frankly, I've got many people taking serotonin affecting drugs and never seen it.
