General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Multiple tiny primarily peripherally arranged immature follicles are seen in both ovaries could be due to PCOS, thyroid dysfunction.
I would suggest to undergo reproductive, androgen and thyroid hormone analysis to confirm PCOD.
PCOD cause following symptoms:
Irregular or no menstrual periods, heavy periods, excess body and facial hair, acne, pelvic pain, difficulty getting pregnant, ovulatory dysfunction, weight gain.
So consult experienced gynecologist and take proper advises
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
