Can Oxycodone Be Taken While On Tramadol For Sciatic Nerve Pain?

i AM POST SPINAL FUSION SURGERY (2 WEEKS), EXPERIENCING BAD SCIATIC NERVE PAIN IN SHIN PROBABLY FROM WRONG MOVES YESTERDAY, HAVE TAKEN ONE tramadol 50 miligram 3 hours ago w little effect, have 5 miligram oxycodone tabs BOTH prescribed for post sugrical sciatic nerve pressure pain, ok to add 2-3 oxy codone to the one tramadol?

Hello,

You can safely add Oxycodone while on Tramadol, it will not interact with each other or does not cause any adverse effects. It might cause excessive sleepiness while adding two drugs together.
